As an immigrant and a desire to make a difference I stumbled upon the idea of
starting my own coffee business, it was a culmination of years of passion and a deep love for the craft of making coffee. From the first sip of a perfectly brewed cup, I was captivated by the rich flavors, the intricate processes, and the sense of community that coffee fosters. I knew I wanted to share this experience with others and bridge this gap of introducing specialty Indian coffee in the US and create a space where coffee isn’t just a beverage, but a shared moment of joy and connection.

The decision to launch the business was driven by a desire to offer something unique to coffee lovers. Coffee from India is not a major commodity in the US. Our coffee is imported directly and roasted here in Massachusetts. I saw an opportunity to blend high-quality beans, grown using sustainable practices, and exceptional customer service into a seamless experience. My goal was to create a place where every cup tells a story—from the careful selection of ethically sourced beans to the precise brewing techniques that highlight their unique characteristics.

My passion for coffee goes beyond the drink itself; it’s about the entire journey from bean to cup. I personally visited these regions and met with the locals and made connections to source some of the finest coffee.
I am fascinated by the science of roasting, the artistry of brewing, and the rich cultures that coffee connects. This business is a reflection of that passion, aiming to elevate every aspect of the coffee experience and introduce people to new and exciting flavors.

Looking ahead, my vision for this coffee business is to become a cornerstone of the community—a place where people gather, connect, and create memories. I envision expanding our reach, exploring new and innovative brewing methods, and continually pushing the boundaries of what great coffee can be. Ultimately, I want to inspire a deeper appreciation for coffee, foster sustainable practices in the industry, and make every visit to our shop a delightful and enriching experience.
