Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is our returns policy:
Eligibility: Our products are roasted and packed fresh, however should you be dissatisfied with the quality of our product(s) you may returns your order within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@marabarcoffee.com we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
*All returns must include the original receipt.
